Aisling Bea

Aisling was born on 16 March, 1984, at Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's top-rated and well-known comedians. She has been on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh (born 16 March 1984) is a stand-up comedian and actress from Ireland. Bea's acting career started in the year 2011 as a comedian following her appearance in a few roles for Irish and British television shows beginning in 2009. In 2012, she began appearing in sketch comedy shows or sitcoms as well as other similar programming. Following her win in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, she was invited to appear on a number of panel show. In 2016 and 2017, she was the team leader on 8 Out of 10 Cats. She is also participant on 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. The parents of her are Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. She has one younger sister, Sinead. The only ever female winner of So You Think You're Funny. Bea was presented with the award to commemorate her father's passing. Aisling Cliodhnadh was born March 16, 1984, in Kildare Town in County Kildare. The father of her Brian was a veterinarian for horses who took his own life when Bea was three years old. She was not told the cause of his death until she reached the age of 13 years old. Bea adopted the stage name Bea as a tribute to her father. She also she wrote an article for The Guardian in 2017 about the suicide of her family members. Bea was raised with her older sister Sinead and her mother Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary teacher, jockey trainer and a former professional racer. The family was obsessed with race meetings as well as horses. Bea was a child a tour guide in the Irish National Stud. From a very young age, Bea knew that she was not interested in racing as a career. Instead, she was drawn to the artistic arts.
